GBO NA uses the personal information we collect solely as permitted by law, including for business purposes such as: the delivery of our products or services; servicing transactions and accounts; to provide warranty service and products to you; to provide information to you related to our products; for our internal operation purposes; to facilitate your use of our website and improve its performance; registering and providing you with access to events we host and marketing offers; fee collection; communicating with you for marketing purposes; considering you for employment; recruiting and employing you; providing you with post-employment information; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

GBO NA does not sell your personal information. The personal information we collect may be shared with our service providers to assist us in providing you information, products, and services, including, but not limited to, logistics providers, payment processors, marketing partners, web hosting service providers, cloud storage providers, financial institutions, event partners, and employment and employment benefits consultants. Our service providers are not permitted to share, sell or otherwise use your information outside of their relationship with us. You may also authorize us to share personal information with other third parties.
6. CCPA Right to Know and Right to Deletion
As a California resident, you have the right to request that GBO NA disclose what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. The CCPA also gives you the right to request that GBO NA delete personal information we have collected from you. Please note that there may be certain circumstances under which we are not able to honor your request, such as an active relationship between us pursuant to which we are providing you with products or services.

Failure to provide sufficient information will result in our inability to respond to your request.
